Description
The B737 Classic CFM56-3 Engine Theory Course is designed to deliver comprehensive theoretical knowledge of the CFM56-3 powerplant used on the Boeing 737 Classic aircraft series.
The course explores engine architecture and operating principles, including airflow and gas path, fuel and control systems, lubrication, starting and ignition, engine monitoring, and protection systems. Learners will gain an understanding of how individual engine systems interact to support safe and efficient operation.
Emphasis is placed on core engine concepts, system functionality, and operational characteristics relevant to the CFM56-3. This theory-based training supports both initial technical learning and knowledge reinforcement for personnel working with or supporting the Boeing 737 Classic fleet.
Successful completion of the course and associated online assessments will result in the issue of a course completion certificate.
